EaSEP students meet with Michigan State's Patty Croom. Representatives from four MasterCard Foundation Scholars Program schools (Wellesley, Michigan State, Duke and Cal-Berkeley) visited Eldoret in September at the invitation of EaSEP founder and chair Lillian Boit. The four representatives first met with Uasin Gishu County Governor Jackson Mandago then with students from EaSEP and the Kenya Scholar-Athlete Project at Moi Girls High School. The Governor hosted a lunch for both students and school officials. A second session was held at Moi Girls with invited students from high schools around the region.
